I am a 19yr old university student. I've started this journal to give myself an outlet to write about my journey to becoming more healthy. I'm want to lose 35lbs, eat more healthful foods, exercise more, become a more positive and environmentally conscious person, and generally live a healthier lifestyle.
On April 1st, 2005, I am going to start following the Weight Watchers plan. However, because I'm a po' student, I can't afford to sign up and go to meetings. Luckily, my mum did Weight Watchers not long ago, and has given me all her old materials and Points counters. Thanks Mum! I chose this date because it gives me a few days to grocery shop and read the materials.
On May 1st, 2005, I hope to be able to buy a pass to a local community centre to start swimming and working out at least 3x per week. I chose this date because that is when I move out of residence and into a rental house.
Start Weight: 185lbs (March 29, 2005)
Current Weight: 183.7lbs
Short Term Goal: 180lbs by May 1st
Mid Term Goal 1: 170lbs by July 1st
Mid Term Goal 2: 160lbs by September 1st
Long Term Goal: 150lbs by November 1st
